Shipping policy

We ship Worldwide from Sweden

All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched. Please allow 3-7 working days for all orders to process. All orders will be shipped out on normal weekdays, Monday to Friday.

During release and launch of new products, please allow for some extra time before your order can be processed due to high demand and traffic

Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as we cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. For all shipping please include your email & contact phone number so that the courier may contact you if there are any problems with delivery. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 4-5 working days, please contact customer service. Thank you.

Shipping within Sweden

Delivery estimate is 1-3 working days from dispatch. Free shipping on orders over 1000SEK

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for it anymore. Please contact the courier if problems occur during shipment.

Shipping World Wide

We ship almost in every corner of the world, if your country is not listed, please contact us. Delivery estimate is 2-5 working days from dispatch depending on what shipping service you choose. 

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Once reaching your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country outside the EU countries.

Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for it anymore. Please contact the courier if problems occur during shipment.

Untracked Shipping

When choosing "Untracked Shipping" for your order, it is sent out with stamps. Once it has been dispatched from us, we are not responsible for it anymore. Please allow for 1-4 weeks before it arrives.

We do not offer refunds on orders placed with "Untracked Shipping" if they end up missing, or if something else happens with the parcel.
